A)Sit and hold handles, palms facing downwards and arms slighty bent.
B)Pull handles to chin level while lifting the elbows and return.

B) Lift handles sideways to shoulder level and return.
Shoulder press (shoulder, upper back and triceps).

Helpful note:
The difference between circuit training and weight training is that weight training whether with resistance bands, free weights or weight machines requires a person to lift weights and rest between each set. This lets you maintain prolonged energy through a series of sets, however, it will not accerlate your heart beat to burn maximum fat. From the biggest skeptic ever when buying anything online. This is the most fabulous piece of gym equipment I have ever used in my life. It actually does what the infomerical says it does by replacing the gym. I cannot praise the Total Flex enough. The workouts are fabulous and using the different resistance is fantastic. I look forward to every second morning using my Total Flex. My hats off to Kim Lyons who is a fabulous instructor and I look forward to using more Kim Lyons approved products. This is definitely a home run. This makes workouts fun again who knew!
