I purhased a FlavourWare Turbo Oven some time ago now very happy with the way I do my cooking now only one prolem I can not clean the top as the printing wipes off Where I purchased the oven from said they could do nothing as it was out of warrenty any suggestions

By wire shelves do you mean the racks that are included with the Flavorwave Oven? Though its rare for the rack to rust I would suggest calling customer care to work out a replacement for the rusted racks. Please tell me what country you live in so I can forward the right customer care details . Thank you.

I have the Flavorwave oven now for a few months and is/was absolutely thrilled with it. However I notice recently that the wire shelves seem to be made from a poor quality metal (it’s definitely not stainless steel – what you would have expected from a product like this!!) as mine are beginning to rust and affect and colour the food when I leave it in the pot to cool down. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
Are there stainless steel ones available to buy?

I have have been looking for the Infrared Halogen Heating Lamp for my oven as my burned out after a year. I really like the oven and would like to use it again. Please advise where I can get the lamp. Thanks

Numbers and temperature wash off in time. Now its hard to tell when to set anything to cook. Real bummer. and no way can I find to contact the company.

I love my Favorwave can’t say enough good things about the food that comes out of it.. Using it 3-4 times a week at least. Highly recommended!

I love my Flavourwave oven. i dont have to perish in the hot weather to have a good meal! It makes food right crispy and doesnt dry out the food.John
