With the head rest you will have room to perform all the exercises comfortably. I would also say that taller people get a better use of the cables because of the length of resistance. I don't think your height will be a problem. The Total Flex Gym comes with trial period , you can try out the unit and see if its able to deliver on your fitness goals.
